A software solution company, Gention Global Resources has offered out health care solution tools called DocRoa Healthcare Kits to the Olu of Warri palace.
Introducing the modern artificial intelligence in health care delivery system to Olori Atuwatse III, the Queen consort of Warri kingdom, the CEO, Gention Global Resources, Ebozoje Segun said it was his passion to ensure that health care delivery became accessible to everyone, including the rural dwellers all over the world.
He said the modern health care kits that are worth millions of naira are to be distributed to the rural kingdoms. This is so that every denizen of the kingdom’s rural areas could get access to the best of doctors irrespective of wherever they are.
The CEO, when presenting the kits as a game changer, confidently stated that the DocRoa Healthcare Kit would solve the challenges that people experience when accessing quality healthcare in the rural areas, appealing to the government to embrace such advanced tools and implement them in the rural areas.
Achike Segun, who opined that his vision was to ensure no one dies of trivial health related issues caused, added that it was meaningless to make billions of Naira without touching our immediate community.
“DocRoa bridges the gap for quality healthcare. We are saying that you should be able to get quality healthcare irrespective of your location and who you are. That is the whole idea.” He said.
According to him, the medical kit contains basic diagnostic tools, such as; Ultrasound Probe, Dermascope, Fetal Doppler, SP02 probe, Digital Stethoscope and more. It is integrated with HIPPA complainant app, where doctors can diagnose patients regardless of their location. The medical kit is easy to use, and is endorsed by the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA).
“And that is why we are looking at deploying these kits to these rural areas where they don’t have access to quality healthcare,” he continued. “We believe strongly that this will be a game changer in the healthcare sector. The government is also welcome to support the ideas.”
