The Ethiopian Ministry of Health has signed an accord with three institutions to produce 2,000 health centres across Ethiopia within five years. The signatories are the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs, Bonga University and the Russian Pan-African PPP Development Center. The Russian Pan-African PPP Development Center will fund the approximately over 250 million USD needed to construct the health centres.
