Blueroomcare, a Nigerian insuretech startup offering insurance-covered digital therapy, has closed an undisclosed pre-seed funding round in response to the company’s goal to make therapy accessible and affordable for everyone in Africa.
Blueroomcare, which was officially established in late-2021, ensures that the clients can reach out to the therapists using messages, videos, and voice messages within the application.
Their platform combines artificial intelligence with licensed therapists to provide the client with a full and individualized experience in mental health.
EHA Impact Ventures led the funding round and was joined by TVC Labs and Innovest Africa; this capital will help Blueroomcare develop new features for its platform and expand its reach.
