Frank Habineza, the chairperson and presidential candidate of the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, has vowed to enhance internet connection to enhance the use of technology in different sectors such as agriculture and security.
Recalling the previous manifesto where the party promised to offer a satellite that would assist the country in terms of security, Habineza stated that more satellites will be developed if only he is voted as the president.
Speaking during a rally, Habineza said that he would put more satellites to advance the internet connectivity if elected to succeed Hailishaky, adding that people of Ngororero should vote for parliamentary candidates with different experiences in the parliament.

“We will launch more satellites that scale up the internet connection to improve technology in agriculture and security if you vote for me and vote for our parliamentary candidates who have various experiences.”
He also stated that further focus will be placed to work for eradicating unemployment among the youths by establishing technical schools for each sector as per the economic realities and availability of resources for youths to learn and practice.
